Latest Oscar Predix

Gold Derby’sĂ‚  Academy AwardsĂ‚  prognosticator, Tom O’Neil, has posted his and other well-known punditsĂ‚  predictions for the upcoming Oscar race. Obviously from O’Neil’s chart below, all the Oscar gurus have put ‘Benjamin Button’ at the headĂ‚  in the Best Picture field. ‘Slumdog Millionaire’ takes the ‘Little Miss Sunshine/Juno’ spot. With ‘The Road’, ‘The Soloist’, and ‘Defiance ‘ being pushed to 2009, ‘Gran Torino’ andĂ‚  ’The Reader’ now seriously enter the BP race.

Keep in mind that no one has seen anything yet from Eastwood’s ‘Gran Torino’, so hence the reference by one punditĂ‚  ”Something Directed by Clint Eastwood.”Ă‚  Exactly whatĂ‚  Clint did back in 2004 with his pulling the rabbit outta his hat trickĂ‚  with Oscar winner, ‘Million Dollar Baby’. 1. I have a feeling Benjamin Button is gonna take this year by storm. I can see it nabbing Best Picture, Director David Fincher and Actor Brad Pitt.

  2. I think Milk is going to suprise a lot of people, it has to be at least in the running for trailer of the year, along the fore mentioned Benjamin Button teaser and Watchmen

  3. The traditional classiness of a chanel handbag prices is still created with the best leathers, just like calfskin, goatskin, and parchment.
