Wow—I must have seen an entirely different movie when I saw the sneak preview. There were a few funny parts, but overall, I thought the movie fell way short of what it could have been with the story line. For a while, it seemed as though Seth Rogen had just discovered the F word and had to use it as many times as possible in a three minute stretch…is this an inside joke? Anyway, as I mentioned earlier, the premise could have made for a wonderful film, and yes, there were some hilarious moments, but I thought the dialog could have been sharper, a couple of the characters could have been a little less over the top, and the story line a little more deeply developed. Then again, maybe I was in a bad mood from the get go because the popcorn (ONCE AGAIN!) tasted day-old at the screening location.

This is down and dirty funny. Tracy lords performance is wickedly oscar worthy. I laughed, i rolled in the aisles. I watched the old couple next to ne cringe. That is how I knew kevin hit it out of the park. It’s like “Boogie Nights” only helluva lot funnier and easier to enjoy.

Like everyone else here, I absolutely loved this film. Kevin often says he makes the same few films every time and itâ€™s somewhat true. But this is the perfect Kevin Smith movie. It has the truly brilliant dialogue of Clerks, the raunchy humor of Mallrats and a heartfelt storyline of Chasing Amy. Well done, sir.
