Box Office Results Oct.24-26: Wildcats Sing Their Way Past Jigsaw.

Zac Efron, Vanessa Hudgens and the rest of East High School’s Wildcats were able to sing and dance their way to the number one spot at the box office this weekend. Disney’s ‘High School Musical 3:Senior Year’ in it’s first big screen effort was able to slip past Jigsaw and ‘Saw V’Â  with a $42 million opening weekend. Farrell and Norton’s new cop drama was treated to a not so glorious opening with a disappointing $6.3 million f or ‘Pride and Glory’. Here is how the rest of the top ten fared:

Can the seniors from ‘HSM3′ keep up the pace of this dance they are doing or will Jigsaw puzzle his way to the top spot. A new contender this weekend may have something to say about that…..Kevin Smith’s new comedy ‘Zack & Miri Make a Porno’ goes for it’s money shot in next weekends chart!
