‘Angels and Demons’ … New Teaser Poster

Submitted by Quin on Saturday, 11 October 20083 Comments

It is here Ladies and Gentlemen the new poster for the upcoming film “Angels and Demons”. This new Ron Howard Flick brings back our favorite author slash adventurer seeker Robert Langdon, played by Tom Hanks, back with even more adventures to come along. “Angels & Demons, published in 2000, introduced the Langdon character. In Angels, Langdon’s character is summoned to a Swiss research facility to analyze a cryptic symbol seared into the chest of a murdered physicist. What he discovers is unimaginable: a deadly vendetta against the Catholic Church by a centuries-old underground organization - the Illuminati.” So I can’t wait how about you.

The book written by Dan Brown tells you all that happens before the DaVinci Code

This book I thought was the best of all of Brown’s thus far (including Digital Fortress and Deception Point). But I am still don’t believe that Hanks is Langdon. Before I even knew DaVinci Code was going to be a movie I always pictured Hugh Jackman as Langdon and thought he fit it much better than Hanks. But I am really looking forward to this one since in the first one they stayed pretty faithful to the book. This is a much better story overall than DaVinci, and with the latest hulla-balloo over CERNS particle accelerator (which is a large part of the plot) I think it will naturally hype itself and be even bigger.

Gavin, I have to agree. Angels and Demons was definitely Brown’s best book by far. (I didn’t care too much for Deception Point, however). Anyway, is the movie is half as good as the book, we are in for a treat.
