Character Cage Match: Rumble in the Retirement Home!

ccm_dennisjack

It’s been a long, dry spell since the last Cage Match, but we’ve got a brutal battle boiling up today. They say that talent gets better with age, but will these aging contestants vying for champion status be able to hold true to their hard as nails stereotypes or will they find themselves scrambling for the  nitroglycerin? Today’s rage in the cage pits veterans of the screen Jack Nicholson against Dennis Hopper.  These two wild men shared celluloid in ‘Easy Riders’ but  now they’re going to have to throw down for the gold.

Nicholson is well known for his sharp tongue and brutal tone, but Hopper also is a force to reckon with, sporting some nasty language and threatening behavior. Who will triumph between these two masters of the verbal assault? Which of these cool cats is king of the nursing home? You, the reading audience, gets to decide which of these senior celebrities  will ultimately take the championship belt back to their assisted living penthouses.

Who will walk away with the title … its in your hands.

  1. Slipstream says:

Dennis Hopper all the way. He would kick Jack’s ass. I have Hopper on my GPS as a voice I got from Navtones.com and when he tells me to turn left or right, I listen because I know if I don’t he is going to make me regret it.

    Go on Hopper!

  2. If it is just smack talking, then it is Nicholson by a mile. But down to a nitty-gritty bash fest, then never underestimate the mind of Hopper. He’s the kind of guy who could tell you he fights in slow-motion and you’d believe him just after he ran up and palm-shoved your nose into your brain.

    Fight: Hopper
    Bravado: Nicholson

  3. If it was a verbal assault Jack would wipe the floor with Hopper. But if this is a Caged slobber-koncker yoou have to go with the fiesty Dennis Hopper to layout the ex-joker and bury him in his Laker best jersey!
