Here is the Synopsis:

Long before the concept existed, the Duchess of Devonshire, Georgiana Spencer (KEIRA KNIGHTLEY), was the original “It Girl.”  Like her direct descendent Princess Diana, she was ravishing, glamorous and adored by an entire country.
