I can see why some people are comparing it to sideways, though I think it has a much different spin. It's a movie about how passion and hard work can lead to great achievement. I think especially in this day and age, that kind of sweet, charming and echanting movie is a very rare and vaulable thing. The entire cast does an incredible job, though no one outshines Rickman as our English wine snob. He is so much fun to watch, that even if the movie were bad (which it isn't) it would be worth seeing for his performance alone. But the film has a lot of other great things going for it. Chris Pine turns in a good performace. The actors are supported by a very funny and wity script. The cinemaatography is realy something else, good soundtrack. It's a low budget film with a really big budget look to it. Congrats to the filmmakers. (4.5 out of 5 stars) I loved this movie!
