I do’nt know about that. There have been some big hits that have had some sequels that did better than the first. Take The Lion King 2 for example. It was way better than first.

Agreed. There are just some films that should not be “sequelized”. I say the same for The Goonies. It’s a great film on its own. Let it be.

I’d hate for them to do a sequel — I’d love to see it as a stage production. I know every word of every song and about 99% of the dialogue. Love this movie. NO SEQUEL — stage it !

Not every successful film needs a sequel. Have an original Idea and animate it..the corpse Bride was a great film so do something original, no sequels!
