I am a die hard X-Files fan, and let me tell you, this movie was a major blow. It was such a depressing dissapointment. It did not do the X-Files tv series justice at all. Momma always said that if you’re not gonna do it right than DONT DO IT AT ALL!

You may want to take that back because there are more than a handful of us hardcores that did like it. True, I didn’t love it but it was better than I had come to expect after reading a few of the early reviews. The real problem is that people went in with an idea of what they wanted to see and Carter didn’t put that up on screen. It’s a good thriller and the nods for fans were awesome. I had a great time. It’s nice to see Carter back.

I THOUGHT THE XFILES MOVIE WAS OK, IT DIDNTLIVE UP TO THE ORIGINAL, STORY WAS MOST DEFFINATELY XFILES TYPE, GILLIAN AND DAVID WERE GREAT BACK TOGETHER, AND IT WAS GREAT SEEING MITCH PLIEGI ( SKINNER).
I WILL MOST DEFINATELY BE ADDING IT TO MY XFILES COLLECTION.

My bad, must have been one of the later episodes in the last season when my viewing tapered off. but hell it’s the X-files bring them back..that would have been interesting. Even so the hardcore X-fans agreed this was muddled and boring.

RamMan, as a fan you might want to rewatch some of those old X-Files episodes, The Lone Gunmen didn’t show up because they died in the series a long time ago.
