How real is is all? Do they really just follow teens lives? I'm not sure if we realise what an affect this might have on them. Not only did they have the pressure of having to live though it hey also had the added pressure of cameras watching them do it! I found a debate on the effect of reality TV shows and it doesn't seem to show they boost confidence (http://www.debatewise.com/debates/465) In the UK there are many reality TV shows and I always think the people leave them really changed which is sad.
