Cheech and Chong, finally back together …
Yeah, it’s not necessarily “movie” news … but it’s still awesome! Besides, they used to make movies together. Now, finally back together after something like 25 years working separately, Cheech Marin and Tommy Chong are rejoining once again for a new comedy tour called “Hey, What’s that Smell?” promoted by Live-Nation. Details on the tour will be announced on Wednesday, July 29 at West Hollywood’s Troubadour.
Live Nation is going to charge 100.00 to go see a couple of elderly stoners on tour…I don’t think so. It’s been 20 years since the duo toked it up and Cheech has established a respectable acting career since shedding the dopehead stereotype and now he’s going to take the “payday” and fall back into it…sad.
this is going to be bad ass, no matter what typecast he falls back into..
He’s got the new film The Perfect Game and hits like Tin Cup. This must be for Tommy Chong who needs the cash. They can call it the Cheech Marin Charity comedy Tour featuring Tommy Chong!

Live Nation..the same idiots overcharging for every show in this country. $100.00 for Sammy Hagar..200.00 for the Eagles and now this..they had better bring a mini-cooper because unless they are handing out pineapple express ganja with the tickets no one will be there…(crickets)…..
