Rambo Vs. Dutch

I was watching Rambo the other day and then Predator came on right after it. Which made me think, “Who would win? Rambo, or Dutch?” Then I thought … hey, that would be an awesome series on wearemoviegeeks. So this is the beginning of this series I call “Vs.” I am going to pit all kinds of movie characters in a fight to the death, the way I see it happening. First off Rambo vs. Dutch from Predator.

DUTCH’S BIO

Previous Enemies: Predator, enough said.

Weapon Of Choice: M16 with grenade launcher attachment, Combat Knife.

RAMBO’S BIO

Previous Enemies: The Korean Army

Weapon Of Choice: Compound Bow, Combat Knife.

SETTING: A lush Jungle.

Both are dropped off via helicopter under the cover of night. Rambo starts looking around for a good vantage point to see everything. Dutch slowly makes his way to the place where Rambo’s chopper was. Rambo climbs up a tall tree and looks around for any sign of Dutch, but can’t seem to find him. Dutch stops and takes a look up at the skyline, he sees something in a distant tree. Dutch starts moving closer to the tree’s location. At that moment Rambo notices Dutch’s movement in the jungle below. Rambo pulls out his compound bow and starts to draw it back. He keeps the arrow right on the moving leaves and brush. Dutch, having not taken his eyes off of the lump on the side of a tree. He knows what Rambo is doing, and he waits till he can escape from Rambo’s careful watch. Dutch stops. Slowly backs up, slowly aims his grenade launcher at the treetop where Rambo sat. Dutch pulls the trigger and time seems to stand still. Hearing the “thoop” from the grenade launcher, Rambo knows he needs to get out of there. Rambo springs to his feet and leaps off the tree branch. Dutch moves in slowly to see if that was Rambo’s last leap. When he gets to the tree that Rambo leaped from, there was no sign of Rambo anywhere. Rambo managed to leap into another tree, but dislocated his left arm when he caught himself. Dutch knows that Rambo is not only near by, but watching him. Rambo pulls out his combat knife and watches. Dutch, knowing that Rambo is going to pop out at him at any second starts wildly firing his gun into the trees. Not expecting this, Rambo gets to the other side of the tree for cover. Rambo realizes this is his best chance to put his arm back to place, seeing as how all you could hear was Dutch firing wildly. Rambo shoves it back into place and sets the bow down. Dutch hears the “click, click, click” as his gun runs out of ammo. He throws it aside and pulls out his combat knife. As Rambo heard the sound of Dutch running out of ammo, he drops down from the tree and starts running at Dutch. Dutch whips around just in time to see Rambo running at him. He manages to duck last second and both men throw each other around and take some serious damage from each other. Then one final charge at each other, both landing serious knife wounds. Dutch lands a fatal blow, knife to the chest. Rambo lands his knife in Dutch’s left shoulder. Both men start shoving their knifes deeper into one another, but it is over. Rambo starts to loose consciousness and falls back. Dutch collapses from exhaustion. But Dutch lives.
