Why Rambo will suck..
First off it has Sly Stone reprising a role that he first stared in 1982. They assume its going to recapture the magic of Rocky Balboa.
Second..the trailer SUCKS!
Third they arent screening this movie for the press which tells us they dont want people talking about how awful it is before its release.
Here is a look at a few other movies that werent screened for the press.
Saw 3(lame)
AVP-R (Travis liked it)
Hills Have Eyes 2(lame)
Get Carter(lame, and another Sly Stone Movie)
Snakes on a Plane(technically a dud, although i kinda enjoyed it)
Crank(worst Jason Stathamn movie ever)
Wickerman(fell asleep during it)
Phat Girlz(you seriously think i watched this?)

The Studio knows this movie is going to tank(probably) and they are choosing not to screen it for this reason. There is no other reason for this movie not to be screened.
Sorry I must disagree. The worst Jason Statham movie ever is In the Name of the King. It’s the worst movie Burt Reynolds ever made too, and tht’s saying something because Burt has been a player for a looooong time.
really?? i havent seen it yet, but i heard some good things about it..why so bad?
The short answer is that everything about it is bad. Jason Statham is stoic and brave and does a good job except when he’s called upon to show emotion. Ray Liotta used to be a good actor but he’s so over the top here you fear for his sanity. Claire Forlani looks forlorn and plain, which is not easy to do. If you don’t see the plot twists coming from a mile away, you can’t call yourself a film geek. (Forget that. If you aren’t way ahead of the story, you haven’t seen a movie in the last 10 years.) No point in belaboring it. Just trust me. You don’t want to waste 2 hours and four minutes of your life.
