Greatest out of work actor of the day: Jim Breuer

Continuing our Best Out of Work Actor’s today is going to be my boy Jim Breuer. I thought this guy was going to be the next best thing. He put in 3 years on SNL and had great characters like Goat Boy, dead on impressions of Joe Pesci, and Robert De Niro, and in the ‘Goth Talks’ skits. Then he went on to co-star in one of the best stoner movies of our time in Half Baked, mix that in with a bunch of MTV gigs … he was on his way to the top. His film career stalled, and has only done a handful of flicks, most recently Artie Lang’s Beer League.

Although he is technically not out of work now because he has a comedy show on Sirius, and is the new host of Web Junk 2.0, his career isn’t where I thought his potential would take him. He will always be one of my favorites, and his Stand Up acts are still hilarious.

Good luck Jimmy B … good luck.
